12 years as a CEO. 104+ companies built or repositioned. Production AI systems deployed across multiple businesses. I started my first company at 13, and I haven't stopped building since.
Get in touchI've been in the C-suite at every company I've worked at since 2012. My main function isn't marketing, finance, or operations — it's building. I diagnose what's broken, build what's missing, and drive growth.
I co-founded a construction tech startup that went through Jason Calacanis's Founder University. I built a wholesale distribution company from a blank sheet at Laudisi Enterprises — operations, vendor relationships, logistics, dealer network, P&L — and exited my partnership stake in 2025 from a company doing $75 million a year.
Through Greyphin Industries, I've served as a fractional CMO and growth partner for over 104 companies across construction, SaaS, e-commerce, financial services, and manufacturing. I don't just advise — I embed, build the systems, and stay until they work.
Full P&L ownership, team building, fundraising, investor relations. I build businesses from the ground up and scale them.
Production AI agents running sales, operations, and content workflows across multiple companies — deployed and managed daily.
I think about business like a strategic board game — positioning, task orientation, and knowing when to move and when to hold.
Every role I've held has been about building something — a company, a division, a system — and leaving it stronger than I found it.
Founded and grew a full-service marketing agency from management consulting roots. Built or repositioned 104+ companies across multiple industries. Launched 1,876+ campaigns. Serve as fractional CMO for multiple clients simultaneously. Architected and deployed production AI systems across client companies.
Co-founded a construction technology startup connecting contractors with drafting professionals. Selected for Jason Calacanis's Founder University. Built the investor data room and managed fundraising communications. Developing AI-powered drafting and takeoff tools for the construction industry.
Self-funded and built an organization dedicated to making surfing accessible to people with disabilities worldwide. Designed and manufactured adaptive surfboards. Traveled internationally to teach and left equipment with communities. Engaged with the Olympic and Paralympic board. Built it to outlast me — it's still going strong.
Built the wholesale distribution division from the ground up — operations, vendor relationships, logistics, sales processes, P&L. Became a partner. Exited in 2025 from a company doing $75 million in annual revenue.
Led marketing strategy and business development for a regional credit union. Promoted to Vice President while still completing my undergraduate degree — youngest VP in the credit union's history.
I architect and deploy production AI systems that run autonomously across multiple businesses. These aren't demos or proofs of concept — they handle real conversations, real operations, and are accountable for real outcomes.
AI agents handling inbound and outbound sales conversations on Slack and WhatsApp. Prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and managing follow-up sequences — running daily in production.
Automated content pipelines and social media agents that monitor, engage, and produce at a volume no human team could sustain — while maintaining brand voice and strategic direction.
AI-powered tools for the construction industry — including a drafting agent for shop drawing generation and a glazing takeoff tool that automates quantity extraction and bid preparation.
I founded the Adaptive Surf Project in 2013 with my own money. We designed and manufactured adaptive surfboards, traveled the world teaching people with disabilities how to surf safely, and left the boards behind with every community so the work would continue without us.
That effort took us to the Olympic and Paralympic board, where we advocated for adaptive surfing's inclusion in the Games — conversations that were gaining real traction before COVID paused them.
The organization is still going strong today. I built it to outlast me, and it did. I passed it on because that was always the point — build something durable, then let it grow beyond you.
"I didn't build it because someone funded me. I built it because the gap was obvious and I couldn't walk past it."— Brandon Bellegarde
I'm exploring my next chapter. If you're building something that matters and need someone who's done it before, I'd like to hear about it.
